No dia 26 de Julho 2014 realizou-se o evento ‘ Revelação vozes da diaspora internacional 2014’ na cidade da Praia/ Cabo Verde na Assembleia Nacional. Adelcia Pires comecou por felicitar a todos os jovens por participarem e agradeceu a todos os parceiros com mencao especial aos organizadores dos paises participantes.
Neuza Semedo a candidada do Reino Unido conquistou o terceiro lugar. Neuza interpretou ‘ Dangerously in love’ de Beyonce e ‘Mundo’ de Lura. O primeiro lugar foi para a jovem Kassandra Teixeira a candidata dos Estados Unidos e o segundo lugar para a Jovem Edvania Dias.
O evento tambem contou com a presenca da Ministra das Comunidades, Fernanda Fernandes e o Ministro da Cultura, Mario Lucio Sousa como convidados especiais. A Sra Ministra e o Sr Ministro parabenizaram os jovens pelo talento e encorajando-os a continuarem a promover a musica e cultura de Cabo Verde no geral.

The international event ‘ Revelação vozes da diaspora 2014’ took place on the 26 of July 2014 in Praia / Cape Verde at the ‘Assembleia Nacional’. Adelcia Pires the mentor of this event started by congratulating all the candidates for participating, thanked everyone involved in the project with special mention to the organizers of all the countries.
Neuza Semedo the candidate that represented the United Kingdom came third with an astonishing performance of the song ‘Dangerously in love’ by Beyonce. The first prize went to Kassandra Teixeira the candidate of the United States and the second prize to Edvania Dias the Candidate from Cape Verde.
Fernanda Fernandes, the minister of communities from Cape Verde and Mario Lucio Sousa the minister of Culture were the special guests on the event. Both ministers congratulated all the candidates and encouraged them to continue to promote the Cape Verdean music and culture in general.
